Cheryl Anderson: It's Prime Time again for library's literacy programI posted a story about this program last month, and I continue to be proud of our children's staff and thankful for the grants and volunteers that make this program possible. We've seen some of the families participating in the Summer Library Program, so we have reason to think the program is effective. I'm hopeful we'll find the resources to make it a regular service.
